All booth pricing includes:

• Parking Pass (a $40 value)
• 500 watt electrical outlet
• 8-foot back drape and 3-foot side drape
• Exhibitor identification sign
• City of Seattle vendor license (less than $50,000 in sales - a $20 value).

Two booths together subtract $50. Example: two $500 booths ($500 + $500 - $50 = $950).

Returning exhibitors receive first choice of space, followed by new exhibitors.

If you are a new exhibitor at this show, please indicate 2nd and 3rd choices when requesting space, or call for current availability.

If you are a returning exhibitor, your application must be received by Nov 8th to reserve your preferred space, otherwise it will be offered to new exhibitors.

Space requests received with at least a 50% deposit of anticipated booth rent will receive first consideration of remaining space.
